Ahilan (Meaning Universe in Tamil),  is originally Sri Lankan. Born in one continent, having grown up in another and living in yet another, moving through many cultures, have greatly influenced and contributed to his musical experience. Ahilan studied at the renowned Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music with a Diploma in Jazz and Carnatic (Indian classical) Vocal Performance. Then studying privately under Herr. Jochen Vogt (Hans Eisler) as an operatic tenor.

Ahilan has also played at major music Festivals such as WOMAdelaide (World Music Festival Adelaide) and (OzAsia Festival) and has toured Australia and released studio albums with previous bands. Ahilan is well versed in live music performances and is now moving into a solo career.
